(3) You agree to abide by the rules of SPARQ PRODUCTIONS INC. including any venue policies, protocols or procedures. (4) SPARQ PRODUCTIONS INC., the venue, the sponsors, its subcontractors, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, SPI) are expressly released from all claims arising from or relating to such causes or otherwise at or in connection with the Event, including claims arising from or relating out of the negligence of SPI. (5) You agree to indemnify, hold SPI harmless from any claims which may arise from or in connection with your participation in the Event. (5) You grant SPI permission to record pictures and video footage of your likeness relating to your participation in the Event, and you waive all right to any future compensation to which you may otherwise be entitled as a result of the use of your image and/or likeness.
