Kim

Kim has been a member of Sparq’s Performance Team for the past five years, and has eight years of overall dance experience. She has tried a lot of styles, Funk, Hip-hop, Jazz, African and then Bollywood. Bollywood has a really fun, high energy that Kim likes and after she participated in the first Bolly Flash Mob for the Stampede, she was hooked.

Kim is a senior Financial Analyst and has one son, who thinks it is great that she is doing something she loves and has always wanted to do. Kim reflects that her most memorable performance would have to be the first time she performed in ONE Magic of World Dance at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. She says it was so exciting and exhilarating, a lifelong dream come true that was magnified by seeing her son’s reaction while watching in the audience. It showed Kim it is never too late to follow your passion.
